Terms of Service for Mr. Letter configurator Web Application

1.1. By accessing and using the Mr. Letter configurator web application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not authorized to use the Service.
1.2. The Service is owned and operated by MR. LETTER s.r.o. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MR. LETTER s.r.o.

2.1. The Service allows users to customize and order 3D-printed letters.
2.2. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.

3.1. To access certain features of the Service, you must register and create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
3.2. You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for any activities or actions under your account.

4.1. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service.
4.2. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts or to the Service's backend system.

5.1. The Service, including its user interface, design, and all content provided on the Service, is the proprietary property of MR. LETTER s.r.o. and its licensors.
5.2. Users may submit designs for customized 3D letters. You warrant that you have all necessary rights to such designs and grant MR. LETTER s.r.o. a license to use them for fulfilling your order.

6.1. You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your orders.
6.2. MR. LETTER s.r.o. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion.

7.1. MR. LETTER s.r.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

8.1. MR. LETTER s.r.o. reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of these Terms.
